Governor Keating signed into law a provision from HB1276 which requires the following:

"If a public body has a web site on the Internet, the public body shall post a copy of all meeting notices on its website.  If a public body does not have an individual website but participates in a general website on the Internet with other public bodies, the public body shall post a copy of meeting notices on that website.  The meeting notice shall set forth the date, time, place, and agenda of the meetings."
